We hope you’re enjoying our new online and mobile banking system with Bank And Go and Bank And Go PRO. Here are a few tips to make the most of our new system.

Bank And Go for personal banking and small business customers offers:

  • Real-time online banking alerts.
  • Zelle® for safe and easy way to send and receive money.
  • Availability of instant issue debit card with chip for added security.
  • Better access and functionality with Quicken and QuickBooks.

Bank And Go PRO for business customers provides:

  • Ability to set up additional users in Bank And Go PRO.
  • Real-time online banking alerts.
  • Zelle® for secure, contact-less payments.
  • Better access and functionality with QuickBooks and Positive Pay.

We also recognize that as a result of our system upgrade, there has been some confusion about loan payments, billing, and other documents you receive that no longer have the Providence Bank name and/or logo displayed on them. Instead, it has Heritage Southeast Bank and the HSB logo. Do not worry. This is because we have centralized some of our functions and are required to show Heritage Southeast Bank on files such as legal documents, loan payments, policies, signature cards, agreements, and disclosures. We are still the bank you have come to know and do business with.
